No 1 big chunk building

1 block for 1 room or 2 rooms each block or combination

play around with the boxes

→ put some together & Increase sqm to 35-40sqm

→ horizontally longer one is better

→ 1 block = 1 user

→ no 1 story, but all 2 stories (financial decision)

→ make building 2 stories, but dynamic heights.

→ follow the height 경사 contour as much as possible.

→ cut the floor a bit - but just for communal mainly

keep dynamic with size, height, playful

to go with branding - integrate color & playfulness :

• some curve on the main building
• some colors in the building - little bit pinkish
